This 60-75 minute one-on-one session is designed for individuals who are ready to break free from restrictive diets and build a sustainable, health-promoting lifestyle.

Our discussion will include your health history, nutrition habits, sleep, movement, stress levels, and emotional connections to food. Together, we’ll begin to uncover the root causes of your challenges and develop an initial plan tailored to your needs—one that prioritizes your health without the pressure of weight control.

Follow Up Sessions

True transformation happens over time, and follow-up sessions provide the ongoing support and guidance needed to create lasting change. These sessions are for individuals who are ready to shift their focus from weight and restriction to nourishment, self-trust, and overall well-being.

We’ll work together to introduce practical tools and strategies—such as flexible meal planning, intuitive movement, coping skills, and gentle nutrition for specific health concerns—while navigating any barriers that arise. As we build a trusting relationship, my goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel supported in your journey toward food freedom and body acceptance.

In our work together, we won’t focus on weight loss as a goal, but instead, we’ll explore ways to care for your body with compassion, build confidence in your eating choices, and cultivate sustainable habits that support your well-being—no matter your size.

  • I support clients in the later stages of eating disorder recovery who are ready to build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food.

Additional Costs and Testing

  • Your session fee covers our one-on-one time together. Other potential expenses may include:

    • Supplements: If recommended, you may choose to purchase professional-grade supplements.

    • Lab Testing: Many clients opt for additional lab work to gain deeper insights into their health.

    • Other Health & Wellness Services: I may suggest additional care, such as acupuncture, professional counseling, personal training, or massage therapy, which would be arranged independently.

  • Lab testing is a helpful tool for personalizing nutrition recommendations. I’ll discuss any tests with you so that together we can decide what makes sense for your situation.
