Nourishing Ourselves Through Stress

Gentle nutrition support for rest, digestion, & steadiness during uncertain times.

A free, virtual workshop for Minnesotans seeking grounding, care, and practical support for their bodies during a stressful season.

This free, live workshop takes place Wednesday, February 18 at 6:30 p.m. CT.

This is a space to slow things down a bit.

Many people are carrying more stress than usual right now.
Stress can quietly settle into the body — showing up as disrupted sleep, digestive discomfort, appetite changes, or feeling worn down and overwhelmed.

This workshop is a space to slow things down a bit. You don’t need to be “doing anything wrong” to benefit. This is about supporting your body with care, not fixing yourself.

Gentle, non-diet nutrition guidance.

What This Space Is

This complimentary virtual workshop offers gentle, non-diet nutrition guidance to help support your body through ongoing stress.

We’ll focus on:

  • Supporting your nervous system

  • Making nourishment feel more accessible on hard days

  • Working with your body rather than pushing through it

You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels best — camera on or off, listening quietly, stepping away as needed.

What We’ll Cover

In this 60–90 minute session, we’ll explore:

  • How stress can affect sleep, digestion, and appetite

  • Nutrition strategies that support steadiness and resilience

  • Simple food ideas for days when energy or appetite is low

  • Gentle sleep-supportive nourishment

  • Digestive support during times of heightened stress

  • Optional supplement considerations (shared carefully and conservatively)

All recommendations will be flexible, practical, and adaptable — not rigid or prescriptive.

  • Minnesotans navigating increased stress or uncertainty

  • People noticing changes in sleep, digestion, or appetite

  • Activists, caregivers, community members, and supporters

  • Anyone wanting nourishment to feel more supportive and less effortful
